Returns & Refunds

Due to the nature of the merchandise we sell, return requests must be submitted in writing and will be evaluated according to the conditions outlined below. Submitting a request does not guarantee approval. Please email Products@WilliamShatner.com with your order number, a description of the issue, and any relevant photographs. Do not return any merchandise unless you have received written authorization and return instructions from WilliamShatnerStore.com. Unauthorized returns may be refused, and we cannot be responsible for packages lost, delayed, or misdirected when merchandise is returned without prior authorization and our return instructions.

Incorrect items shipped by our store: If you receive an item or quantity different from what you ordered, contact us within 7 days of delivery. Include your order number, a description of the issue, and photographs when applicable. If the error is confirmed, we will determine an appropriate resolution, which may include a replacement, return, or refund. We will cover reasonable return shipping costs when the error is ours.

Manufacturer defects, packaging irregularities, and collectible variations: Many products are manufactured and packaged by independent third parties. We do not control their manufacturing processes or packaging. Issues such as duplicate components, missing pieces, cosmetic variations, or packaging irregularities do not automatically qualify an item for a voluntary return or refund. Customers may wish to contact the manufacturer directly regarding such issues. Claims that an item is materially different from its description will be reviewed individually, consistent with applicable law.

Vintage, collectible, and factory-sealed items: Vintage and collectible merchandise may show age-related wear or packaging imperfections when described or reasonably disclosed in the listing. Opened merchandise, including collectibles, toys, ornaments, and media, is generally not eligible for voluntary return unless we authorize it in writing or applicable law requires otherwise.

Other return requests: Returns based on personal preference, changed expectations, ordering the wrong item or variation, or a product not meeting an expectation that was clearly disclosed in the listing may be declined. Any approved discretionary return must follow our written instructions. Return shipping costs for discretionary returns are the customer's responsibility unless otherwise required by law.

Reporting a problem: Please contact us as soon as possible, preferably within 3 days of delivery, with your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photographs. Prompt notification helps us investigate and resolve problems. This request does not limit any rights or remedies that cannot legally be waived.
